Three new eight-week yoga series’ will start the week of July 7th at Bloom Yoga Solvang, taught by our wonderful Laurie Burnaby.
If you are new to yoga, have been away from yoga for a while or prefer a pace that allows a gentle and mindful approach, consider joining one or both of the beginning series.
If you have yoga experience under your belt, the intermediate series would be for you. Each series will have a specific focus tailored to the needs of the students. Each class will include emphasis on breath, postures and concentration with an abundance of individual attention.
Mondays (July 7th-August 5th):
- Intermediate Series 5:30-6:45pm
- Beginning Series 7-8:15pm
Wednesdays (July 9th-August 27th)
- Beginnings Series 5:30-6:45pm
- Single Class Drop-in – $16 ($13 for students & seniors)
- 8 Week Series – $105
